Candice Bryner has 25 years’ experience in business litigation, including civil trials, arbitration and appellate practice. Before founding her own firm in 2004, Ms. Bryner was an attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth’s office in Newport Beach, California, representing small and large companies in complex litigation. Since founding Bryner Crosby, fka the Law Offices of M. Candice Bryner in 2004, Candice has continued her practice in the area of complex business litigation, appeals, real estate and intellectual property disputes, bankruptcy litigation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition and other commercial disputes.
Candice has significant trial and litigation experience in both State and Federal Court. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Candice has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the Northern District of New York

Education
Candice received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Sociology from Pitzer College in Claremont, California in 1991.
